There are multiple ways to volunteer. You can help out with an event or as a GAEYC member you can serve on committee!
Volunteer at an Event
Volunteering with GAEYC in 5 Easy Steps
Step 1: Complete the interest form below to let us know you would like to volunteer.
Whenever we have an opportunity, a GAEYC staff member will email you with a new volunteer form for that particular event.
Step 2: Complete the event volunteer form emailed to you.
Everyone who completes the new event form will be contacted for a short meeting prior to the event and assigned specific tasks and responsibilities needed for that event. No worries if an event does not work out with your schedule or skill set. You will be notified every time we have a need for a volunteer and then you can decide if you are able to volunteer.
Step 3: Attend the informational meeting about the event and let the coordinator know if you would like to volunteer at that specific event.
On the day of the event show up and volunteer.
Step 4:Follow and share our social media posts.
In addition to physically volunteering with GAEYC we need your support virtually. Please add us on all social media platforms and share our content. We want as many ECE educators participating in the wonderful activities we have to offer.
Step 5: Spread the word.
If you know of anyone else who would like to volunteer share this survey with them or send them to our volunteer page on our website.
