Natasha Ball Dunson, Assistant Principal, Clayton County Public Schools - Haynie Elementary School
Candidate Statement
Within my professional life I have worked in various capacities supervising and working alongside a diverse group of individuals. These positions have instilled within me a strong sense of leadership and teamwork. I have gained an understanding of how to perform as a subordinate and manager, while including and meeting the needs of those on one’s teams. Each position I have entered has proven to be a learning and growing experience for me not only as a professional, but as a person. My career has been that which has focused on ensuring the educational needs of our young learners are met. My experiences have taught me that this is not something that can be accomplished without the support of their families and the communities in which we serve. This united effort is that which will most certainly lay the foundation for our children and ensure the sustainability and livability of our community as a whole.
